I am the Regional Director of Personal Training for the Metro Detroit Association YMCA's and my background in training is extensive with many certifications from here as well as Sweden and I continue to keep up on my knowledge in this fast paced & awesome field & at the Y they care on so many levels about our members, staff & community, it's a TRUE Family place!...........

I am Fox Sport and Xtreme Cagefighting Championsships & Cage Combat MMA's - TV Host as well as the "play by play - commentator". I am certified by ISCF to Judge & Ref MMA. I Judge/ref and commentate for the #1 Midwest Amateur MMA organization XCC ( WWW.LiveMMAfights.com and if you are a fighter - you need to fight HERE, if you are a sponsor - you need to sponsor here and if you are a fan - belive me, all shows are NOT created equal! I have been doing Martial arts since I was 6 and at my peak I was highly ranked in Europe, on the Swedish National Team in Judo with a record of (374-61-5).

Last tournament was 9/2008 as I won 2 goldmedals without a competitor scoring a single point on me in the Blackbelt, Senior & Master divisions! I also competed with success in MMA back in the day when it was mostly style against style (13-0) & TKD (57-11) and Shotokan Karate (11-1) I teach am the MMA Head Coach, we have a STRONG up and coming team, watch out!
